All reservations must be made through our website. To do this, select the check-in and check-out dates, specify the number of people, choose the rate and payment method, and follow the steps to complete the operation. Once completed, the reservation will be considered a vacation contract, and only the details stated in the reservation, such as the stay dates and the number of guests, will be valid. At the end of the reservation period, guests must vacate the accommodation as stipulated.
Requirements: The person making the reservation must be of legal age.
3. Pricing and Payments
Total Price: The total rental price includes the nightly rate, taxes, and additional fees (cleaning, utilities, etc.).
Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit card and other methods. The total price includes card payment fees (1.25% for cards within the European Economic Area. Outside the European Economic Area, an additional 2% applies). These fees are non-refundable in case of reservation cancellation.
Deposit: A security deposit is required, which will be refunded after the property inspection at the end of the stay.
4. Security Deposit
Amount: A security deposit of 300 EUR is required. It will generally be held on your credit card on the day of your arrival, unless you provide an alternative payment method.
Return: The deposit will be refunded in full after the property inspection, provided there are no damages or missing items.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: If the rate allows, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance: 100% refund.
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance: 50% refund.
The non-refundable rate does not allow cancellations.
No-show: In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
* Card payment fees are non-refundable in case of reservation cancellation.
6. Reservation Modifications
Conditions: Reservation modifications (dates, number of guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Force Majeure and Liability Waiver
We are not responsible for cancellations caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will be available to assess each case individually if the conditions justify it exceptionally.
8. Property Equipment
The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The equipment includes:
Kitchen: Basic utensils such as plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, and appliances (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.).
Bathroom: Towel set, hairdryer, and soap dispensers.
Living Room: Table and chairs, sofa, TV with TDT channels, and access to streaming platforms.
Others: Portable heater, fans, bedding, and basic cleaning products.
9. Safety Measures
The property complies with basic safety standards, including:
First aid kit.
Fire extinguisher: Located in an accessible, properly marked location.
Smoke detector.
Guests are expected to use the equipment responsibly and respect safety measures. In case of misuse or negligence that causes damage, these will be assessed and may result in additional charges.
10. House Rules
Use of the Property: Guests are expected to respect house rules, including quiet hours and appropriate use of facilities.
Parties and smoking are not allowed inside the property.
The maximum occupancy is six people.
Pets are not allowed.
11. Check-in and Check-out
Timings: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Procedure: Keys will be delivered either personally or via a self-check-in system as agreed beforehand. For in-person check-in, the timing is 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM; after 9:00 PM, an additional fee applies.
We are required to register all guests staying at the property with the authorities. Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a check-in form for this purpose.
On the departure day, the property must be left free of trash and dirty dishes.
12. Liability and Insurance
Liability Limitation: Alojamiento Iberia Playa is not responsible for personal injuries or property loss during your stay; travel insurance is recommended.
13. Data Protection
Use of Personal Data: Your personal data will only be used to manage your reservation and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Consent: By making a reservation, you consent to the use of your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Applicable Laws: This contract is governed by Spanish law.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Málaga, Spain.
15. Host-Specific Conditions
Specifications: Any other specific conditions will be communicated directly by the host to the guest.
By confirming and paying for the reservation, you acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.
